1. Service Description

Cloudesave provides strategic and operational sales services for small and medium-sized B2B companies, including but not limited to: Sales Strategy & Playbooks, CRM & Sales Tech Setup, Pipeline Management, Sales Coaching & Training, and Full-cycle Closing.

2. Engagement Agreement

To begin a collaboration, an engagement agreement is signed. You are responsible for providing necessary information about your business and products. We commit to working confidentially with all business information.

3. Payment and Engagements

Prices and payment terms are specified in the engagement agreement. Invoicing is done monthly unless otherwise agreed. Notice period follows what is agreed in the engagement agreement.

4. Terms of Use

You may not use our services for illegal purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, distribute malicious code, or otherwise misuse the services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and technology included in our services belongs to Cloudesave AB or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the services under these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue or data, except to the extent required by law.
